1, How warranty works?

Warranty saves costs, reduces risks, and ensures the best quality of the product. As users won't participate in the manufacturing procedures, it's hard for them to inspect every piece of the product internally and externally to discover defects and dysfunctions. With a warranty, it saves the users the cost as well as time to participate in the whole manufacturing process, it means as long as the goods have problems that result from the functions and performance of the product, it's the manufacturer's responsibility to replace them, replenish as well as repair of the defect products.

The warranty is a term that benefits the most for the customers, not the manufacturers because no manufacturers want to bear the responsibility after the goods are delivered from their premises. To avoid the risks of cost of products problems after goods are delivered, manufacturers need to control the quality harshly to avoid those expenses. However, without a warranty, the cost would be greatly reduced, and quality could be more relaxed as it only needs to meet the requirement of customer inspection. It happens in many cases that a product can be used on the first day and the 2nd day it fails, that’s only one example of a product without a warranty and made only according to the buyer’s inspection before shipment. In this example, if the manufacturer sells with a warranty, it costs them more to replenish the buyer’s new product than from the buyer’s initial purchase, because not only do they need to reproduce the product without payment, but also need to bear extra shipment and customs costs. If the buyer purchases without a warranty, they’re lucky to bear all the cost, and their customer won’t purchase from them again because they had purchased bad products.
